SEALTEC Offers Isolation plugs, (double block and bleed plugs) and pipe cuts. Isolation plugs are needed when welding on a line that may have vapors or gases. The plug stops these vapors and gases from escaping so welding can be performed safely. It is industry standard to use isolation plugs when any welding is performed. After welding is complete we then hydro-test the weld with the plug to ensure there are no pinholes in the welds. 

Pipe cutting with a machine offers a straight cut and bevel if the customer requires one. This process is all cold work and eliminates the need for grinders, which create a spark and mark the process more dangerous. Having a precise cut and bevel will save time and money when it comes to fitting and time spent welding.
